He accused me of embarrassing him and insisted Virgil had always said the tractor would eventually become his. Wendell asked for something proving Brent had authority to sell it. He had nothing. I produced insurance records, restoration receipts, photographs, and farm records showing Virgil had purchased parts and maintained the tractor for decades.
