Crystal\u2019s paper could not override any of it.<\/p>\n<p>Simon explained that little George\u2019s education, medical needs, and approved expenses could still be paid from the trust, but the money would never become a household account for his parents. Crystal could submit legitimate requests like anyone else. She could not borrow against the trust, redirect investments, change beneficiaries, or place herself in charge.
